Service Description
These techniques are designed to supplement your strength, performance, or weight loss programs by giving you the power to sit deeper in your squats, move your shoulders more freely, and vastly improve your overall health. These techniques empower you to harness your body’s mobility to the fullest. We apply proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching techniques and an understanding of Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) principles. Our sessions consist of a mix of assisted stretching, intense mobility training, and instruction on necessary stretches and mobility drills to continue your progress at home. While the stretches aid in your recovery, the FRC specific mobility drills will hone your body’s internal senses, increase your range of motion, and reduce your chances of injury by directly training your JOINTS in strength and resilience.
