Service Description

Your fitness journey starts with a plan — not a guess. Before your session, an elite coach connects with you one-on-one to understand your goals and build your experience around them. On the day, we start with an Evolt 360 Body Scan — 60 seconds that delivers over 40 body composition metrics including muscle mass, body fat, and metabolic rate. Real data. Real direction. From there, your coach leads you through a mobility screening and a fully customized workout built around your results. You'll leave knowing exactly where you stand and what it takes to get where you want to go. Approximately 1.5 hours total. Consultation takes place 24–48 hours prior by phone or in person.
