WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I BOOK A TRAINING SESSION?

  • Your first workout is your Debut in the Arena.

  • Once you book, you will receive a confirmation as well as a link to our waiver and new client forms.

  • Next, a Coach will reach out to you to review the forms and discuss any injuries as well as your current sport-related and health-related goals.

  • ​Your Coach will use your goals to design your customized training session. 

  • After your first training session, your Coach will review the session and your current goals, then make a recommendation on the best program for you.
